I think you mean the "Eventlist" this is available on the website of Galaxy (and any other page) it can be accessed from the icon to the right of the Overview link. And with the help of antigame, you can make the list this visible by default.

Just as the title said, the "Remaining ships and remaining / preferred resources" not recognized when is established is a moon on location in "Choose different settings for current position" When is a planet, works well and is set de ships and resources just fine, but when is a moon, it used the set as if is the planet of that moon.

I agree with those who propose that this universe is updated to version 4.0 without reset, because this version will eventually be implemented in all existing universes, and therefore this would have to test it in an advanced stage of play.
