Yes, ogame API is broken, not really that his IP is blocked.

Anybody know what going on with ogniter.org / ogniter.net?
The url ogniter.net now throws you to another broken web page.
The twitter and facebook pages have been deleted or blocked.

Strange, maybe he gave up on the Ogniter project

After the tool got posted there it will get moved to the tolerated tools.
