When clicking on the Ogame version in the lower left it will bring up the Patch Notes. The only patch notes listed are pre v6. I am not sure if this was automated and the automation broke with the v6 upgrade.
Patch Note in 6.0.5 do not include any v6 patch notes

We reported the problem, that those patchnotes are not updated. This has nothing to do with the Message system.
As you can see the latest Version is 5.7.0, which was released some or many month ago.
