I am currently developing a service to upload and share users' combat reports, also to permanently have them accessible for the users. The plan is to include some kind of social networking into that service (comments section, discussions, charts, rankings, etc).

reported means someone used the board report function to report it to the board team, which is not resp. to give you an GF proved API key.

The Tool URL is not accessible ?
Only the TOOL Owner can request an API Key, so he can work with the New Message System API.

Maybe it's your german antivirus which is a little paranoid ?

The Tool URL is on the official list of malicious URLs of kaspersky, don´t know if the URL is also in some other black list. You should really get in contact with them to be removed.

I would like a API key for a project i'm currently working on.

It will be a simple management application for storing and viewing espionage and combat reports, in a nice orderly fasion. There will also be features like tagging raid targets, notes, building planning etc.

The project is still in a very early stage op development. I actually finished writing a parser for espionage reports like 3 days ago. I guess i can throw that piece of code in the garbage can right now
