Chrome - box with user's plannets is missing

Since yesterday I can't open box with coordinates with planets of ony user from game. Normally I clicked on user's name and box appeared but now it doesn't work. I tried to reainstal plugin but it gaved me nothing ;/ Any suggestion?

Try other (exist) user.

and/or: AGO button / Dane i ustawienia / Aktualizuj dane i ustawienia, then press save button on the top.

I think mikk described updating the databases in native language?!

Anyway:
If you try to update the Databases it cant be bad to clean them up in before.

Clean up Databases with:

AGO Settings-> Data & Settings -> Reset data & settings (choose databases here) -> confirm

Then update with:
AGO Settings-> Data & Settings -> Update Data & Settings

Thanks for help but it gaved no results ;/ Database got updated but this box still doesn't show. I also tried to turn off adblock - no result too

I think TheViking answer might help for you, but I think your all AGO settings is lost with this method (depend on reset method). If it doesn't matter, try this.

Or...I suggest use portable chrome version (only of oGame):

1. export your AGO settings (from original Chrome) to server/text file (I suggest use text backup).
See: AGO / Dane i ustawienia / Backup & Synchronizacja

2. install chrome portable

3. start chrome portable, and install AGO, then import your AGO settings (see above)
Click to Save on top, and restart browser.
