Same well thing, as a putting two big, red, marked "FIRE" buttons next to each other but with completely different functions. Is there any option in menu to remove that second "launch" button?

Right now you can only disable the complete AGO features on the fleet pages. It's coming someday to hide some details, for example Routine Buttons.
