      Only found this as i probed one of his planets and spotted resources were maxed to storage capacity, however his storage capacity levels are pretty low.

      But made me think i better check out his other planets for anything interesting. I happily found this, the crazy thing was i must have been around 10 minutes before the hit he changed from an honourable target to un-honourable! So i then had to send a few follow ups since i was then down to the 50% rule.
