Include a dropdown with priority option.
This priority goes from 1 (highest priority) to 3 (lowest priority).
If a Circular message have:
* Priority 1 :The Circular message will appear in the inbox in RED colour.
* Priority 2 :The Circular message will appear in the inbox in ORANGE colour.
* Priority 3 :The Circular message will appear in the inbox in white colour (like now it appears)
iF YOU DONT CHOOSE any PRIORITY in circular message ,it will appear in white colour (like now it appears).
