When you choose a new position to relocate a planet, this position is blocked for all other players - except for new ones. This should be changed so new player can't get a relocation target for their home planet.
This is a reason for many complaints.

I'm indifferent, as a complaints mod myself I hear these and although I sympathise, I feel that it's an acceptable risk of relocation.
So although a change would be nice, I don't see it as important.

Unless the DM is returned from a failed relocation (I don't know), this is poor. If people are paying money to use a service, then they take priority over those who have only just joined. That's simple logic.

As long as the relocation is not successfull (position blocked, fleet on the way, ...) NO DM will be paid.

Only if the relocation is successfull, the DM will be charged.

Then really and truthfully, that's a non-issue. It would take minimal effort to implement, I'm sure, but is there really any point?

Indeed this is my point, a failed relocation only costs the player time. Not DM etc. It's nice in a game to have a little chance in things, with the current system there's a chance the relocation won't work and this seems more realistic.
