My suggestion is to have option for universe to disable the waiting time between 0:00 and 6:00 in auctions (both times are server time). This would be option that could be set for special universes. This would be very useful for universes that for example allow world wide players (for example testing servers), where not all players have the same time as server time. This feature also could be used to change the game on some universes.

We had some events with that configuration . I think that it is a good idea to implement it as permanent configuration.
