Yes, cruiser rapid fire in normal universes is 6 againts LF, in this universe it's just 3, we need to be carefull when using SIM

I think it's fixed now, at least i don't have to wait (sitting at 25 posts). The good thing is, I don't need to wait a single second when posting on the trade sub forum, and I can say closed before receiving more messages in game asking for trading when I have nothing left to sell. I can even add files and make poll threads.

From the rules: 4. Bashing It is not allowed to attack any given planet or moon, owned by an active player, more than 6 times in a 24 hour period. This rule also applies to moon destruction missions. Probe attacks and interplanetary missile attacks do not count towards the bashing rule. Is this rule only for active players? Can I attack inactive players (i) more than 6 times a day without penalty?
