Hey Shole I had an in-game question and I was wondering if you could help me out. To put it simply I've started getting the 'Attacking is currently not allowed' notification when trying to attack other players, regardless of their level, even players I have never attacked before who are in the same system as me, no attacks can be made.

When I open 'Rules' window from the game, it says: 'It is not allowed to attack any given planet or moon, owned by an active player, more than 6 times in a 24 hour period. This rule also applies to moon destruction missions. Probe attacks and interplanetary missile attacks do not count towards the bashing rule.'
