Inactive colonization

Last night I sent a colony ship on a 10 hour journey to an empty slot. Today I find that slot is taken by an inactive player with no name and no rank and planet name is just Planet and spy report looks like this.
I've sent 11 colony ships and got ~60 planet slots and now this happens :dash:

. Is universe conspired against me or what?

How many planets do you have actually?

in old ogame you can have max 9 planets

8, but not all are permanent (some gonna be destroyed). This one was supposed to be my 9th.

Then someone was quicker and create a ghost planet, which happen, when you try to colonize the 10. planet
