Mobile View: Buttons disappearing when attacking a planet

Hey

A player reported that the buttons are disappearing when you choose a planet you attack in Mobile View, it's not happening when you don't attack the planet

He thinks the problem came after version 6.2.2.1.

He has tried: cleaning cookies/cache, restart browser, restart iPad.

OS: iOS 7 on iPad 2.

Browser: Safari.

Can´t reproduce. Works fine for me in the ipad app and in the normal safari browser on the ipad.

Maybe it is caused because of his outdated ios version. iOS 9 is avaiable also on the old ipad2 (over 5 years old now)

@JoKy Same problem appears for another user, this time on iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.2 in Safari with mobile version turned on

Seems like it happens when you attack a inactive user

I tried with the app with ios9 on an inactive one > works fine

But the galaxy needs anyway a fix because of an ios 10 problem, maybe it´s fixed with that. But it will take several month for that.

He will also get some others to test it too, maybe only he gets that error

Yes I had a player too saying he had an issue on iOS 10 Beta with that, let's hope it gets fixed. It's best users stay away from iOS 10 until it's fixed

Big problem on android using chrome after update, pictures not showing and generally very slow.

do not know what they have done to the game, but it is not for the better.

Yes mobile version galaxy view might need a fix, no pictures on planets and on top there is just 0's where it also says Used slots

Planets never had pictures there

For Loca, we will have a look. It is also on live servers present

Hmm
For me all is fine. Maybe it is ISP related and not the game.
Tried with mobile internet, chrome browser under android 7.0

*Update*

The Missing Loca for mobile view in the galaxy-view was fixed. Will be fixed on live server with version 6.3.3
