i understand where your coming from but I don't think that player name is inherently racist but more controversial.

I know where you're coming from too, however name Adolf (without "H" part) as such is just name. And if there happen to be also Trump part... it's still just legal first name and legal second name together. It may be a bit controversial if you start to think, but nothing illegal per se. You can't ban player based on assumption.
