Is allowed moon shot attempt from lower ranked player to higher ranked player?
(high ranked player will not collect derbis fiels)
And where I can find GO for Retro.

Not sure about how it is in Retro, but you should be able to contact a GO here: support.origin.ogame.gameforge.com/

If the higher ranked player pays for the moonshot it isn't a problem, otherwise it is a push.

Higher ranked player will not collect derbis, and he dont have any resources benefit

The higher ranked player will have to pay 100 % the ships cost of the moonshot to the lower player, the higher player can't just get the moonshot for free

If that's not done then it's Pushing

Free moonshot = unfair profit.
A moonshot would otherwise cost the player something.
