i had a strange situation today... one player tried to farm my colonies pleced in the same solar system as my main planet... he used a fleet with large cargo what was the slower ship in his fleet... after his attack (i wanted to be sure he will get the target - ofcourse the planet was clear;) ) i sent epsionage fleet to get the knowledge about his technologies... we had drives on the same lvl, so i counted how long he will be coming back and sent an attack... i used a tool and to confirm that counting i checked how long i will be going to him with my large cargo... times were same... i sent an attack what should arrive to him after 3 secs... but scanning him i spot his fleet came back about 10 mins before my attack... 10 mins before should come back... thats why he escaped... can somebody check it and fix it?

No.
The server / version is as announced with no / basic support. I´m not the guy, who cover words in fluffiness, so I say it in direct way: If you find issues or loose something, you have to deal with it, there is no need to report it. At least only if the whole server is not reachable and critical stuff appear, then poke us and we will have a look.

Could you give us some numbers and eventually the simulator you used without revealing too much of information about your account ? I do not know recent ogame version, correct me if I'm wrong but the speed never changed through different version of ogame (I think).
It might be a simple mistake from the parameters of the simulator... or from a to quick mathematic conclusion (believe me, the latter happens to each kind of players, even the top ones). From my experience, such error is usually due to a (too) rush reflexion / use of the simulator.

anyway.. you say that you send the attack to arrives after 3 seconds .. so with the same techonology level i have to say what you are the most fastest fleeter of the universe!!! :XXD: -
Well, he just didn't send the same kind of ships. I think that the #1 has a bit more choice, at the moment.
Anyways, if you complete a new level of some drive this won't affect the times for fleets that are already on flight. I think that the more realistic thing is a mistake in the parameters that you used, l2ubio. The ships speed is unchanged, as i see under "technology".#6 Retro server - Fra [N O X]

fleets already flying doesnt change theirs speed... if it was 90%, he should come back later, not earlier... so it had to be bug... and im not the fastest fleeter MaLDiTo... i just sent only cruisers, what are much faster than large cargos what gave me enough of time to send my fleet... i used my cargo only to check simulator says true times for count him (i didnt send fleet with cargos)...

There is no bug, which speed up fleet, also not via manipulation. I checked the logs at the day you were reporting that crazy stuff here. Only thing i could find is that you just attacked th wrong coordinates.
Most of the time, the bug just sits 30cm on front of the PC
