I think it's fixed now, at least i don't have to wait (sitting at 25 posts).
The good thing is, I don't need to wait a single second when posting on the trade sub forum, and I can say closed before receiving more messages in game asking for trading when I have nothing left to sell.
I can even add files and make poll threads.
