Access to pillory

Hello,
yesterday i tried to access to pillory at ogame1304.de/game/pranger.php but there was an error message "Sorry, no access!"

There is a specific reason to make it non-public?

The bans and the ban reasons are between the team and the player in case. All games have removed or never had a pillory for public.

You don't actually need the pillory to be able to play the game. So there is no problem at all here.
