Just lost everything to an Inactive - HOW?!

Please do not send me a bunch of information of fleet saving.

Brand new uni, brand new cargo and LF, so I fleet saved to an inactive on attack. Why? Because the first cargo were made just hours before and there's no way an (I) can have defence.

But I lost all my res, my cargo and my lf in the first round. Why? What could possibly have been there?

Nope... all checks out. There was a fleet/defence big enough to take mine down, despite not having enough points for the weaponry to actually destroy it.

Hello Minto,

you just didn't attacked inactive player, instead of attacking inactive player you attacked active player who was probably much stronger than you.
That was probably happened because you have putted wrong coordinates when you have sent your fleet and on that way you attacked player which you didn't planned to attack.

Rocket launchers are the easiest thing to build. probably you hit someone with a RL that is enough to kill a SC.

I will attack a inactive soon, but as stated, no res can be raided right?

It takes 7 days for a player to be tagged inactive. The server has only been released 4½ days ago, so that's definitely a misjudgement on your end.

When I registered, some players in my solar system were tagged as inactive, but lost their tag most likely after their first login. I still don't know how a beginner would have time to build up a defense, but if anything, you jumped the gun too quickly. There's no legit inactive player yet.
