      Hello there everyone,

      I noticed that, mostly new players, but not only, have a problem with creating an account for support, and it's understandable - it's a pain in the back end to remember another password. Since we're coming closer and closer to having a mobile app(last I heard it was still in work, though I might be wrong), we could use a new support system which will be linked to the OGame account, due to the fact that creating an account on a mobile device isn't the most pleasant thing to do. To avoid having multiple support accounts for one player that has accounts on more than one universe, a system similar to curse voice's could be helpful - one that could detect name/email/IP/etc. similarities between accounts and ask the owner if he's got the other similar support account.

      One player needs only one support account, there is no reason for more accounts even if he have accounts with different email addresses in other universes.


      The owner of an account is always the owner of the email-address bound the game account.

      So when you are creating a ticket, Email address from which ticket is sent must be same as on your in Game Account.

      You can add multiple email addresses to your support account.
      Just follow this steps:
      - Go to "Menage email addresses"
      (On left side you will se Email addresses which are already on your support account)
      - Click on "Add email address"
      - In input box write down your email and click Submit button

      After that you will just need to go to your mail account and to confirm that it is your mail address via email which is sent to you.

      You're right, but it doesn't touch my concern. Sure, it's cool that you can have multiple emails set on one support account, but you'd still have to create that support account separately. Once the system would create a support account when creating an OGame account, that would rid you of creating it on your own, but it would mean that if you have two OGame accounts, you would automatically have two support account, and that's where you'd need someting to let you merge two support accounts into one. Or, if that won't work, the game could at least ask you if you've already got another OGame account, if not it would create a support account for you, and if you've already got another OGame account that means you've also got a support account(created automatically), and it could ask you to log into it(with the login credentials of your other OGame account). It could be like an email adress verification warning. It could stop you from doing stuff ingame until you've created or linked to another support account.

      That would be great. Not only that it would be easier, but it would prevent those that refuse to go throught the "pain" of creating the account.
