I relocated a planet and to my surprise, 24 hours cold down time for jump gate didnt show up

and also fleets on the moon just jumped on the new relocated place. It wasnt deployment like it was used to be before 6.2.0

however; fleets on the planet are deploying from destroyed planet

are these new features or just a bug?

Is 24 hour waiting time for jump gate after relocation not applicable after version 6.2.0?
