Image is pretty self-explanatory. I wish I had 3 billion deut, but sadly 1050 cargos will not hold that much. I have another fleet flying that shows the same thing but with 2 billion.

Confirmed, happened at OGame.dk too:

I trough that is bug which is caused by AntiGame but seems like it is not.
Temporary fix:
Go to Fleet movement page and than back to overview.
After you have done that, problem should be fixed for some time. :)

I had also same problem yesterday in Universe Izar, After I clicked fleet page and OverView It did not fix.
After logged in universe again It fixed. :)GameForge - OGame Origin Supporter
