User reported issue: When he change user interference then marked alliance messages to unread. Help is deleted hem but no button to delete all messages.

He needs to go through every page to have open all messages at least once (simple way to do that, select to show 50 messages).
The system needs a some changes, thats why it is on the known issues list under: Message counter - some adaptation needed
