Currently, espionage reports in RSS are the crippled versions we see by default in messages. I'd like to ask that the detailed version is sent to RSS instead. The reason for that is because RSS is the easiest way to get the message feed, and there's no reason to really send the report to RSS if it's going to contain almost no information anyway.

Including API keys in RSS would also be nice. It's just one line, and gives extra access to the keys for tools to use.

I'm going to have to bump this. One can now remove messages from RSS, meaning that the load wouldn't get as big as it could get before v6.
