Toggle "Show full espionage reports"

Just a thought that if we had this option back in our options menu again a lot of whats wrong with antigame could ne fixed.

Side note - it'd be nice to have the check boxes back in messages.

Not planned, just because we have a short view and a detail view of spy reports instead of only showing topics
