normally, the construction time of every unit / building is calculated by its costs. this is not the case for demolition.
currently, the demolition time does not decrease with higher ion technology. -> less costs, same time.

I suggest that the demolition costs are used to calculate the demolition time, instead of using the construction time of the previous building level.
