today I espionaged someone, but I my espionage level was too low ( I sent only 1 probe ) so I only saw his ressources. But in the short overview in the message menu I also got the information on the number of defence units, although I couldn't see them in the espionage report. The number was correct ( I checked with more probes later), but I don't think that it's planned that you geht this information, if you have a too low espionage level.
Or is this a planned behaviour ?
