Can you give more info on exactly what form this will take?
If i understand correctly, there will be a new server, and prizes given to the ones who perform best between specific dates? -
We're gonna join a server, dont think it's gonna be a new one but an allready existing one here on origin. Talked to Ice Girl before, said there's gonna be more info later:)

It will be a bit time consuming.
We estimate 22 days at least for ones who are going till the end. Everyone will start on same day, same universe.
Details will be posted later.
We are gathering applications for now to see how many people are interested to join such event.

Purchase of Dark Matter is possible on origin universe at the moment

Please, do try a championship without the purchase of DM. Otherwise it will only be a contest who is the player with the most money to spend....
Lots of players won't even start in a contest where money can buy advantages. -

If DM purchase is gonna be available i'm out.... what is the point of participating in a championship what is supposed to measure our skills if the player with the most money wins.... that's not logical at all....

About DM - If somebody really will spend money to earn 1st reward of 25€ coupon, that doesnt bring him/her anything.

IF buying DM is possible then the whole thing is a joke.
Best example was the Halloween Event. The ones who use DM and or 4.0-Push gonna be the winner.

Or how do you explain the fact that there are people spending hundreds of € on the first day of every new Uni to buy 10k Units, if you can outrun him by spending less money after 4 weeks? -

How about adding the rule "championship participants may not purchase DM" or "Dark Matter purchase results in a drain of points"?
