Con el Comandante activado, espiar una luna pulsando boton derecho es posible mandando las sondas que esten previstas en opciones. Pero si se quiere mandar desde los menus de envio de flota, las sondas que uno quiera mandar, no se puede por problemas con la capacidad de deuterio.

When you try to spy a target in the classic way (fleet page) you cant send the probes because there is not sufficient "Empty cargobays". If you try to spy directly in galaxy mode, there is not problem.
...but seems to be a bug of antigame, im trying to do without it and can send probes ok.
