Closen Tabs

Hi,
could't find this in the collecting thread or I't's on me

Wenn I close the Tabs in the Playerchat or close the Buddy Request-Tab, and then refreshing the page,
all Tabs are open again.
Shouldn't it be like the empireview, where the closen tabs stay closed?
(In the Empireview it works ^^)

Question: Are you the last one in those chats which wrote something or your opponent? Which browser do you use?

Probably my fault, I didn't mean the chat tabs with players. So a picture says more than...

First of all I close them all:

and after a click on overview or any refreshes, they're all open again:
