chat is really good and useful, but if you want to send a message to a player who lacks the list of friends is possible?

eh tried to send msg to a player and cliclear in open chat messages me but I can not chat with that or not enabled chat or can not be with people that I do not have friends.

you can simply send a msg without the need to open a chat for that?

you can search for such player (search function) ... highscore .. galaxy ... there are always message icons.
Writing messages only works via chat or via the private message list, which is quite the same.
