When you place the cursor inside a chat message (i.e. for correcting a typo) and press Return, the fresh sent message contains a <br /> tag and the rest of the message is in a second paragraph.

If you do something else and return to the Chat Window, the <br /> tag is gone, but the text is still divided in two paragraphs.
