Please add support for the higher Jump Gate levels that have shorter cool down times, thanks! It would be really nice if the cool-down timers where correct.

It hasn't been working for me. Maybe it is a bug? Do you know if it supposed to work during the construction of Jump Gate lvl 3? Or maybe an issue with speed unis? This is in 5x speed.
