  • Problems with the browser database DE ES FR NL



    Step 0: Check browser settings
    - Minimal versions: Firefox 14 and Chrome 23.
    - Chrome: Cookies must be allowed from all websites (recommended setting in Chrome)
    - Do you have the current browser version ?
    - Do you have a recommended browser ? (Firefox or Chrome)
    - Do you have changed any standard settings ? For expample to "optimize" the speed.
    - Do you have any ad blocker, phishing / malware protection, internet security suite, cleaning tools like CCleaner or addons like Noscript / Notscript ? Please check them.





    Step 1: Update all data

    - Click onto "Overview" to load the ogame page again.
    - Go to Antigame Options -> Data & Settings -> Click button "Update data & settings"
    - The update progress is shown below the Antigame Menu button, please wait until it's finished.



    If the problem persists or nothing happens (Firefox only):

    Step 2: Enable offline storage in Firefox
    - See Enable offline storage in Firefox and follow instructions.
    - Do Step 1 again.



    If the problem persists, nothing happens or a red error text is shown:

    Step 3: Reset databases
    - Click onto "Overview" to load the ogame page again.
    - Go to Antigame Options -> Data & Settings -> For "Reset data & settings" choose all databases.
    - Do Step 1 again.



    If the problem persists, nothing happens or a red error text is shown:

    Step 4: Restart browser
    - Close all browser windows and take care that no browser process is running.
    - Please check it with the taskmanager ( or simply restart the computer ).
    - Do Step 3 again.


    If the problem persists, nothing happens or a red error text is shown:

    Step 5 - Chrome: Delete cookies
    - Delete the cookies.
    - Do Step 1 again.

    Step 5 - Firefox: Delete Offline website data
    - See Delete Offline website data in Firefox and follow instructions.
    - Do Step 1 again.



    If the problem persists, nothing happens or a red error text is shown:

    Step 6: Delete the database folder in browser profile
    - See Delete database folder in browser profile folder and follow instructions.
    - Do Step 1 again.

    Firefox:
    - Close Firefox and make sure that the firefox.exe process is not active.
    - Go to your Profile folder, see kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox
    - There you find the folder "storage", and inside there the folder "persistent" - please go to there.
    - Inside this folder you find all stored databases in different domain folders.
    - Delete the folder for you universe, for example "http+++s1-en.ogame.gameforge.com"




    Google Chrome
    - Close Chrome and make sure that all chrome.exe process are stopped.
    - Go to C:\Users\<Current User>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\IndexedDB
    - Inside this folder you find all stored databases in different domain folders.
    - Delete the folder for you universe, for example "http_uni670.ogame.org_0.indexeddb.leveldb"
