new 3x chaos uni.
Simple as the thread name says
3x production fleet speed and research speed.
40% debrie from fleet
15 percent debrie from defenses.
no bashing rule.

when you register and account you will recieve. 8.000 dm free and 10 small cargos. and 5 probes
with 2 planets to start the uni. with the uni name can be called Tiamat

Its not a terrible suggestion but defense to debris is not as great of an idea as it sounds.

thanx Killacrazy with defense into debrie it will give a balance to uber turtles also giving some amount of reward to those who would hit turtles for taking the heavier losses from that brave act. but could be adjusted to a 5% to 10 % ratio of debrie from defenses

The issue arises more because no bashing rule, Miners could be farmed 24/7 just cause.

alright basic settings look good now to go into the non base settings

-Chaos with 40% debris, lots of pushing potential here, It is chaos though so anyone going into it would already be aware of this possability.

-Multis allowed because of chaos

- Free ship start..... Does this mean you also get the required techs for the cargos and probes to even work. Aswell as the astro level in order to sustain the colony?

-Name If the uni goes though the name will be whatever it happens to fall under.

no you will have to research the astro and techs for the ships if you loose them before you get the techs they are gone. if you delete one of the planets its gone till you research it. and get the colony again. the debrie ratio can be the standard 30% but the 40% is to incourage more of a war like state in the uni also to promote more player acs action in the uni. the name can be what ever it falls under at that time. thats just my personal choice for a name.
