The idea starts from a result of an expedition.
One of the event from there imply the suggestion of a monthly contest of "Best picture of uni" when in fact it is a fake.
But why to be a fake instead of a real contest?

Changes:
- after an expedition when this event happen, a player is sign up into a table and receive a increment number.
The more entry there the more chance to win.
- Periodically, after a month a number is select from that table and a winner will be choose base on that ticket number.
The prize can be: boosters 10 -30% for mine/troops , officer.
It can be like gold, silver, metal price (so 3 winners)
The changes should not be so difficult to implement. The event is already sent to user (all it need to be put into a table with player id and a auto number) and at the end of the month to select 3 winners and clean up the table.(or something) and transfer the price into player bank storage.
PS: the result it will be cool to see it posted on forum or via a mail notification ingame 8)
