Ago not working well

Hello to everyone!

I hae a problem in my ago, the adictional buttons, like espediction, last mission and other ones don't work, i have already clean my cache and cookies, and reinstall my ago, but i doesn't want to uninstal firefox, so i'm asking if anyone already had the same problem, and if it's realy necessary uninstal firefox!

Which AGO version ? And browser version ?
What is not working ? Do the buttons appear ?

The version of ago it's 5.8.5, firefox version i can't find, but it was updated a few days ago!
The buttons are there but when i click they don't do anything.

See Firefox - AGO won't work, missing features or strange behave.
Create a new user profile first to test if the problem is solved then.

I haven't seen such a report before, so for sure it's the usual Firefox problem (problems with the profile settings)

I have already see this topic, but i doesn't want to uninstall firefox, when u said problems with profile, u are speaking of firefox or ago? cause in ago i have already see if there is any wrong configuration, but i don't think so, it seems all ok

See the thread, in the last step i suggest to create a new profile first (instead of uninstall Firefox)
