Script that will create a directlink in galaxy view

Hey there, this is a script that will modify my current URL in galaxy view so it will look like a direct link to that galaxy/solarsystem similar to the link you get when you click on the coordinates of a spy report.

This is me asking if this script is allowed to use or do I have to fear a punishment for using this script?
