On the AGO SIGN ON THE LEFT, IT SHOWS A PLAYER COORDINATES IN MY SYSTEM. Is that normal?? He IS NEITHER ON MY FRIENDS LIST NOR IN MY ALLIANCE. Is this a hack or something?

It's the last selected / used target coordinate.

I selected someone else and another one but the coordinates are still the same like in the screen above.
