No vmode galaxy viewing

Simple straightforward. Why should a non participant be able to view the galaxy? I know vmoders that sit in vmode til targets time out, pop out and launch and run back to vmode after

Dislike. If I go into vacation at least partly because of a bully in the area, I should be able to see when he moves on and it's safer to come out of vmode. And for that, I shouldn't be forced to rely on potentially inaccurate third party tools.

Let me give you an example, if you vmode and can't check your own solar system and if your enemy mobiles in on your deploy... you know what comes next

This is a strategy game and not sims, so you've got to deal with vacation mode warriors.
