Since the latest update to AGO, my player database hasn't been able to update properly. I've tried to reset the database, but now it doesn't work at all. I just have a message that says"

I'm unsure how to get it working, as I can no longer click a players name and view their coordinates.

Any suggestions would be great.

As a note, this is for Electra in ogame.org, and I'm running version 5.7.38 with Chrome v33.0.1750.154 m (latest build).

How would I go about correcting it?

Just updating that I got it working. I started to follow the steps you listed, and Step3 (Reset Databases) worked. I know I tried doing that multiple times last night without any success, and I've been at work all day until now, so I'm not sure what changed as all other steps and checks were already completed.
