      i dont like the mouseovers in galaxy that much during scanning
      showing them only on klicking would be nice
      removeing the allianz only would be fine too

      but i dont have a commander i would like to have the moon mousover back pls (on klick)

      Opening tooltips onclick is still buggy with the used tooltip library, so it's not possible.

      Simply uncheck "Hide tooltips at planets and moons, send espionage probes."' and it works as you want.
