      I have been thinking for quite a while how to work and ensure we spend the minimum necessary effort to keep up to date all guides and their translations.

      here is what i have in mind

      The process is simple and it resumes in:

      Collective work on guides, --> quality check --> upload to wiki


      1. review all present templates guides and complete them to reflect the present features of the game by guides technical team and guides discussion team.
      2. Guides responsible marks the version 1 as ready for wiki upload --> upload to the wiki by the wiki responsible
      3. Each loca responsible will check the version 1 template guides against present translations, makes the necessary updates
      4. The representative checks the translation and marks it as version 1 ready for upload to the wiki ---> upload to wiki by the wiki responsible


      3. Complete the remaining template guides --> mark them version 1
      4. Loca responsible translates the new guide template
      5. The representative for respective languages checks the translation--> approves , mark with version 1 --> upload to the wiki by wiki responsible

      new feature introduced to the game--> The guides responsible checks all the guides that need update

      steps 1 to 4 are repeated for guides version 2

      Will help to make a keyword index for each guide to ease control of what guides need an update


      What is the role of OMT in this process will be detailed later

      we need a list of responsible for each task

      Guides discussion team = everyone interested
      Guides technical review = wiki team
      Guides responsible = to be determined
      Loca team = see loca team , applications opened
      Representatives= see representatives team, we have also some openings here
      Wiki responsible
    • 1) Please when checking, Highlight final post! edit it and put title 'original/updated/final wiki post' or whatever so not every1 have to check individually..
      2) Please doublecheck if edits and suggestions from earlier are included in final post from wiki before you make new edits
      3) When its decided that tut/guide is over, include all edits and make it as final post 1st one in thread
