with the recent release of 5.7 and changes to the game that now include direct cash for res, I must bring up an old pet peeve...
officers consumed during vaca...
in my eye bleeding readings of the archives, a tech once explained that the decision to implement/maintain free vaca influenced officers because they could not turn both off.
i would suggest everyone pay with a minimal fee for vaca, say 100 DM per day (minimal DM amount within expedition reward system). once any account has consumed its DM reserve this account bounces outta vaca ready to be plundered until further inactivity has it scrubbed from the system. accounts that purchased DM at least once given an extended period of time to reactivate before being scrubbed.
a more active player base
self scrubbing uni's have free large planet slots.
