while the attack based update is enhanced also roll out a universe chat. nothing fancy just plain text. it costs 100 DM (something minimal & within expedition rewards) per chat line sent to the chat window. monitored to a degree that timeouts are issued for vulgar behavior. no warnings & no promises to ban just increasing timeouts. maybe include an integrated dictionary of banned words automatically removed from submitted chat text. and no support offered please, just players calling each other out
