Panel constructions transport bug

The problem is that if you want to transport a construction from the constructions tab it won't work when the option "Complete account resources" is activated.

Chrome Version:

Hello,

You used the pencil a little bit to much ;-)

For sure there are more resources in your accont than you need for this construction - so there is nothing to transport. Right now this is intentional as long as i have a complete concept how to manage all those comparations.

Yes there were everything was green it's just that this is a server I play on I don't want everybody to see my res
