You both do have the last beta ? -
They mean that the Infopanel is not shown at Research.
I also have this bug
AGO 5.6.22.3 Beta
FireFox 24.0
Chrome 29.0.1547.76 m
(an older AGO vers 5.6.17.5 didnt cause that problem...) -
Fixed in Beta 5.6.22.5
