This would be nice!

For my RSS App would be this change Awesome. Then with this it would save Traffic, Performance and Energy. I don't need to Download and Parse all the Messages from the Feed.

Mmmm.... most of the RSS feed readers have the sorting option available to show the messages in the order you prefer...

Sure they have but when you have the newest Message on the Top the RSS Reader don't need to parse all Messages to get the newest. You would save Performance and Traffic. The oldest are in the Cache from the last Refresh so you don't need it.

Also it is normaly that the newest Message is on the Top look at all other RSS Feeds From Blogs / Forum Boards and other stuff.

It would be good for my Android App [Review] OGame RSS Reader for Android

In the most Time i have 300 to 500 Messages sometimes when the Ally Spams it get up to 700. Normaly it needs ~12 Seconds to load the Feed and Pars it with ~350 Messages.

When the newest Message would be on the Top i can Pars and Load only the First 100 or so and reduce the Refresh Time to ~4 Seconds what would be Amazing for Usability.

Any comment to this Issue from the OGame Team?

I had make a Table with some Calculations for the ~Traffic from my OGame RSS Reader App. At now i have ~140 Active Users. For me i have 3 Accounts in the App who get Refreshed every 40mins. All three Accounts have around 200-400 Messages and one Account File has something around ~400KB for this Messages. I'm a Miner so i don't have much Messages.

Also i have make Calculations what can be when you Sort the Messages by Date the newest on Top. So my App don't need to Download the whole File... only the newest Messages. That will save you much Traffic.... see on the Link.
