Example: If you take your vessels in a colonization fleet. And after 3 seconds of fleet, you cancel this mission ALL deuterium will disappear.
So, my suggestion based in a logical thinking says that all deuterium would be refunded except the deuterim need for 3*2 = 6 seconds of fleet. So we wont loose all deuterium like now happens.
-----> If it is too hard to implement maybe would be fine only to spend a half of deuterium (like deployment mission), or use another kind of easier logarithm....
